| Are you looking for an economical way to diaper your baby? Genuine Chinese DSQ (diaper service quality) 100% cotton twill prefold cloth diapers are the way to go. Prefold Cloth Diapers require a cover and some sort of fastener such as a Snappi or diaper pins. However if your wrap cover fits snug enough, you can just tri-fold the prefold, place it in the cover, and snugly fasten around baby. Prefold Cloth Diapers are constructed of varying layers of cotton twill. The outer thirds of the diaper are the same and inner third of the diaper is thicker, i.e. 4x8x4 represents four layers in each outer third of the diaper and eight layers in the middle third of the diaper. Prefold Cloth Diapers will be thin and flat when you receive them. Don't worry! With the proper prepping, they will quilt up very nicely and become quite absorbent.
DSQ Chinese Prefold Cloth Diapers need to be washed on hot and dried 3-4 times prior to use. This process strips the natural oils from the cotton, which allows the prefold to become fluffy, soft, and absorbent. Additional washing may be needed for prefolds to reach maximum absorbency. Please wash prefold cloth diapers separately from pocket diapers during prepping.
Genuine DSQ Chinese Prefold Cloth Diapers are durable and can withstand industrial washing. Prefolds may be washed on hot and tumble dried on hot.
| Our Thoughts: | I love prefold cloth diapers. They are an inexpensive work-horse of a cloth diaper stash. They are very easy to clean and wash up beautifully. Learning to use prefolds take a few practice tries, but once you find a fold that you are comfortable with you can change your baby in just moments. With the use of a Snappi, you no longer have to worry about sticking your finger or your baby. If you don't feel like folding and using a Snappi, just tri-fold it in a snug fitting wrap, like Thirsties Cloth Diaper Covers, and you are ready to go. This is especially helpful as your baby gets older and is quite wriggly. Even if you decide that you don't want to use prefold cloth diapers exclusively, they are still great as back-up cloth diapers, when your others are in the wash. I definitely recommend having a few of these in your cloth diaper stash.

We took the work out of prepping those prefolds! All of our Toddler prefolds* have been fully prepped by our supplier and will be ready to use upon arrival at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Just a simple wash and dry and you are ready to go.*Note: We have decided to do away with offering prewashed prefolds. Therefore these do not include the size preemie prefold cloth diapers, infant prefold cloth diapers, and premium prefold cloth diapers.
