Shipping

Cute Caboose offers free shipping on all orders over $99 in the contiguous US only. All orders are shipped via US Mail. For all other orders, we charge actual shipping charges. We ship to both US and Canada. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) from the date payment is received. Though, we strive to ship your order within 24 hrs.

Cute Caboose also offers local pick-up in the Belmont, Ohio area. You must contact us to make arrangements prior to placing your order.

Product Availability

We try our best to ensure that all available products are in-stock and ready to ship. In the event that a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified via e-mail at which time you may change or cancel your order. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, Cute Caboose will ship the in-stock products and place the out-of-stock item on back-order at our discretion.

Cute Caboose is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order.

Payment Methods

Cute Caboose accepts credit card payments, PayPal, check, and money orders. All orders paid for by personal check or money order WILL NOT be shipped until payment clears. If paying by check or money order, please contact us for our mailing address.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal at Cute Caboose is to provide you with great products and and the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you may change your mind or the product might not be what you expected once you receive it. Therefore, we will accept exchange or refund of products provided they meet the following criteria:

    * The product is UNUSED.
    * The product is UNWASHED.
    * It is within 30 days of purchase date.

If you have a product to return or exchange, please contact us for authorization. Any returns received without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

The refunded amount on returned products will be based on the original invoice minus the cost of shipping. All shipping fees for returned or exchanged products are the sole responsibility of the customer. NO C.O.D. WILL BE ACCEPTED. However in the event that the return was a result of our error, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Canceled Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled.

All sales on clearance items are final.
