Shipping

We charge actual shipping charges.  We offer a couple of different shipping options for you to choose from.  All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays are not counted) from the date payment is received.  If a product is backordered or out of stock, you will be notified.

Cute Caboose is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.  We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order. 

Payment Methods

Cute Caboose accepts credit card payments, PayPal, check, and money orders.  All orders paid for by personal check/money order WILL NOT be shipped until payment clears.  If paying by check/money order, please contact us for our mailing address.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancelled Orders

Our goal at Cute Caboose is to provide you with a great product and and an even greater shopping experience; however, we understand there may be times when you may change your mind or the product might not be what you were looking for once you receive it.  That being said, products will be accepted for exchange or refund provided they meet the following criteria:

• The product is UNUSED.
• The product is UNWASHED.
• It is within 14 days of purchase date.

The refunded amount on returned products will be based on the original invoice minus the cost of shipping.  All returned products are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  All shipping fees for returns/exchanges are the sole responsiblity of the customer.  NO C.O.D. WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

Cute Caboose will pay for return shipping ONLY when an error is made in the product recieved vs. the product orderd.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediatley, as most orders are packaged very quickly after they are received.   All canceled orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

All clearance item sales are final.

If you have a product to return/exchange, please contact us at anna@cutecaboose.com prior to returning a product to us.  Any returns received with out our approval will NOT be accepted.

Cute Caboose reserves the right to modify the upbove policies without notice at any time.

We at Cute Caboose have the utmost respect for the privacy of our customers.  Cute Caboose will not sell, rent, or disclose any of the confidential information you provide to us.
